Leafs Trade Pavel Kubina To Atlanta

GM Brian Burke had a quiet day today, only making one signing. However, he is finally starting to make some waves, getting rid of a huge contract.
Pavel Kubina, who will earn $5 million next season, has been traded to the Atlanta Thrashers. In exchange, Toronto gets Garnet Excelby as part of a return package.
